Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options and Costs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($5.99 or free for orders over $50).
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($14.99).
Delivery Timeframe:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- We will provide tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping times and costs vary by country. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy and Process
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Any product that has been used or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Inspection and Approval:

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Exceptions:
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available for canceled orders (if not yet shipped), returned items meeting the eligibility criteria, and defective or incorrect items.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@supremearoma.com with photos of the item and packaging.
- A replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are non-refundable.
